• Soak Amla with adequate amount of water preferably in an iron vessel

• Alternatively prepare a constant paste with henna powder and apply it on the hair
• Leave for half and hour to an hour and rinse the hair properly afterwards
• Regular use of Amla gives nourishment to the hair
